Meet Suzi and Pam

I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister…I am a photographer, advocate, Realtor, Founder of Spectrum Parents, former special education teacher and social worker.

We have two sons with special needs. One has ADHD with anxiety and my youngest is diagnosed with Autism. We tried everything under the sun to get my youngest back when he had a hard time adjusting: ABA, diet changes, B12 Shots, IEP and so on. ABA and B12 shots are the two things that worked.

Giving back to families with kids on the Autism Spectrum Parents is my passion. You do not need to be alone on this journey.

Helping first time buyers, families with kids on the spectrum and military families move is why I became a Realtor with my mom, Pam.

Pam started in Real Estate in 1984 when interest rates were crazy high - 14%. When that phone rang, you could not hear a pin drop. That's because our house phone was her primary source of communication. She taught me her core values - you come first. PERIOD.

Being a military brat, we have lived in so many cool places. And, we've packed and unpacked more times than we care to remember. We finally retired here in 1983.

Buying and selling a home is one of the most exciting and stressful times in your lives. We try to take that stress away. We'd rather us be up at 2am thinking about your home than you.

We LOVE helping people buy and sell homes - AND - we LOVE working together! We are the perfect Mother/Daughter team!! I bring the energy, innovative ideas and my mom, Pam brings over 35 years of experience :) We use all the high tech toys and the tried and true. You sit back and relax. Leave the marketing, details, contracts, & negotiations to US!

Locally - we are immersed in the Autism Community:

  • Founder of Spectrum Parents (Facebook Autism Support Group)
  • Founder of Spectrum Parents Community Calendar
  • Former Board Member of Tidewater Autism Society
  • Blogger for Hampton Roads - Autism Adventures
  • Volunteer Photographer of Polar Plunge, Surfer's Healing, Autism Spectrum Meet-Ups, Tidewater Autism Society 5k and other events, Kempsville Elementary Disability Awareness Events, Lee's Lil' Shorebreakers, P.O.W.E.R. New Power Running Group, and many more.

Suzi and Pam are great to work with.

We worked with them while looking in the Hampton Roads area and living in California. They are great communicators and were quick to show us houses in exactly the price range, size range and area we were looking in. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and just a joy to work with.

Suzi & Pam were such a great pair to work with!

They were always willing to go the extra mile and would meet around our busy schedules any day of the week. They even spent multiple Sunday's running around all over the place to look at houses we were interested in viewing. They are such joys to be around and will tell you everything they can about an area and what's even better is they'll be honest and say when they truly don't know, that went a long way in our book. <3
