We are always sharpening our real estate tools. So, when the Good Life Team, a Real Estate Agency in Texas, offered webinars and classes on becoming paperless agents, we were all over it. We still offer hard copies of listings, no worries. To keep you on top of the process and market though, we use Evernote, Realtor.com, and our iPad. And, that’s just scratching the surface. Here is an example of what you will experience when you tour homes with us.
The first hyperlink is the directions.
You will know our route, the scheduled time, and have neighborhood maps for each house.
Next, is the tax information.
Lastly, we include all the comparable homes that have sold for each home we are showing.
All of these notes are saved in Evernote, a web-based notebook. It is spectacular. Every piece of your transaction will be saved in your personal notebook so you can reference it anytime. And, every time we update it, we will notify you by your preferred method of contact (text, email, or phone call).
While out looking at homes, we use Realtor.com. Why? Because we may see a house while out that is not on our list. Realtor.com is a very powerful tool. While I am driving, I will have you hold the iPad. You will be able to see all the current homes on the market and everything that has sold. If you see something you like, we will call the listing agent and try to get us in to see it while out on tour.
Once we find the home of your dreams, your contract, schedule of events, home inspection report, termite report, HUD-1, and every other important piece of the transaction will be saved in your personalized cloud notebook. Other apps we love include: Docusign, Mortgage Payment Calculator, Skitch, Calendar, and Zipforms.
