Kempsville High School is located on Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach.  Kempsville is located less than 3 miles from Town Center, 11 miles to the Oceanfront and there are 2 points of access to the interstate (I64 & I264).   The new Historic Kempsville is being built right now. Today I found 24 homes for sale under 300k, at least 1800 square feet, and 4 bedrooms.  They range in price from $194,900 to $300,000. The one for 194k is in Hickory and is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, and almost 3000 square feet!  That raises a red flag for me: what kind of condition is it in and can you even get a loan on it?
