Getting Your Home SOLD On Facebook

I love, love, love advertising on Facebook.

Let’s get your home sold on Facebook by playing “Guess How Much.”  It’s tons of fun and gets LOTS of eyes on your home.

From THIS POST, we had a buyer called their agent to see our listing…my response??? “FB ROCKS!!!!! Thank you to whoever called their agent to see this home!!!!”

The trick is to get it on Facebook before the listing gets syndicated to all the major sites – Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.   Once I posted, it is also posted on Twitter so everyone looking for a home in Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads is compelled to go to Facebook and check it out.
